Andy's 1994 Refinish
Here's my 1994 Admiral Blue convertible. I bought the car with some minor damage to the hood and front fender on the driver's side. Somebody had attempted to do some paint prep, but did a rather poor job. Their bad effort did get me a nice discount on the purchase price though.
I've always been a huge fan of the 1996 Grand Sport and since I had an Admiral Blue car that needed paint work on the hood, I decided to dive in and make it my own. We blended the blue on the hood and did the stripe in GM Competition Grey. The red hash marks and blue lettering inlays are vinyls I picked up for next to nothing online. This color blue gets compliments from basically anybody who talks to me about the car, but the striping has set it off and made it one of a kind. The long term goal is to put on C6 wheels that are the same color grey.
